The "Educational Administration" Division, part of the Department of Educational Sciences at Yıldız Technical University, provides support courses to other departments within the Faculty of Education with a faculty consisting of 2 professors, 2 associate professors, 1 assistant professor, and 2 research assistants, while it also conducts educational and teaching activities in the Master’s (thesis and non-thesis) and doctoral programs in Educational Administration.
Mission
The program has two primary objectives: to provide education at the master’s level and to conduct research in the field of education. In line with this, the department’s fundamental aim is to train educational leaders who possess the knowledge and skills required by the 21st century and who can contribute to the body of knowledge in the field of educational administration by integrating theory with practice. Additionally, the department aims to contribute to the development of the Turkish education system by conducting basic and applied research.

To be recognized as a department that cultivates 21st-century educational leaders and conducts high-quality educational research within a democratic and disciplined educational environment, and to train educational administrators and supervisors who can contribute to the advancement of educational administration both in the scientific realm and in practice.
