To provide students with faculty members who can effectively use methods of knowledge transfer and instructional technology, integrate theory and practice, work on national and international projects, have internalized scientific and ethical values, embody the institutional culture, generate knowledge, conduct research, possess strong communication skills with students, and who engage in self-reflection through the evaluation system—all selected based on objective criteria—and to provide services through educational programs that are continuously developed to meet the country’s needs.
